We coordinate document procurement, translation, certification and delivery within the scope agreed for a feasible case. Ujjwal Singh is our India-based Advocate contact; administrative coordination does not itself create an advocate–client relationship. Personal application, attendance, signatures, interviews and police verification may still be required. An authorization letter and a Power of Attorney are different instruments, and either is usable only where the relevant authority accepts it.
Japan MOFA certification concerns eligible Japan-issued documents and permitted notarial routes. India-origin documents require the appropriate India-side route where authentication is requested. Translation, notarization, authentication/apostille and a recipient’s acceptance are distinct matters.
Issuing authorities decide applications, requests, certification and processing in their jurisdictions. Receiving institutions decide whether the document, issuing route, age, translation and authentication meet their purpose. We do not guarantee issuance, approval, universal acceptance or a fixed completion date.
A case-specific estimate starts from confirmed case opening after feasibility, documents, identity, authorization and agreed initial payment are in place. Internal priority handling does not purchase or guarantee faster government processing. We provide milestone updates and available tracking information.
Requirements, official fees and processing arrangements can change and differ by jurisdiction, institution, document and intended use. Before opening a case, confirm the current issuing authority and receiving institution requirements. Official sources linked in our service guides are the starting point for that check; general website information cannot determine an individual application.
We coordinate with authorities and agreed professional, translation, certification and delivery providers. Their own processing, decisions and carrier conditions may apply. This does not exclude SHERYLUX8’s responsibility for its own agreed obligations or any mandatory statutory rights.
