Who We Are?

LexBridge is a cross-border document procurement and certification service operated by SHERYLUX8, founded by Vanessa Sheryl Verterra Nakamura. We provide administrative support and arrangement services to NRIs and overseas Indians who require India-origin documents to be retrieved, certified, translated, or delivered. Our India-based field operations are carried out by Ujjwal Singh, a licensed Advocate based in India.

Our website is located at [website URL]. For any questions regarding these terms, contact us at [legal/contact email].

What We Do and What We Don't

LexBridge provides administrative support and arrangement services. This means we coordinate, liaise, follow up, and manage the process of obtaining documents on your behalf through our India-based Advocate. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or guarantee any outcome.

All document issuance decisions, approvals, and timelines are at the sole discretion of the relevant government authorities, institutions, courts, or universities in India. LexBridge has no control over these decisions and cannot be held responsible for rejections, delays, or additional requirements imposed by those authorities.

Our Services

We offer the following services, subject to availability and applicable conditions at the time of your order:

India document procurement, which covers the retrieval of civil, educational, legal, and property-related documents from Indian authorities through our licensed India-based Advocate. Translation and certification services where applicable, including apostille-related procedures. Document delivery via DHL tracked shipping or EMS as the client’s choice, with shipping costs treated as a pass-through Actual Cost borne by the client.

Full details of available services and current pricing are listed on our website. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Pricing and Payment

Our charges consist of two components. The Base Service Fee covers our operational, coordination, and case management work. The Actual Cost covers out-of-pocket expenses including government fees, third-party institution charges, field travel, courier costs, and any other costs incurred in processing your case. Actual Costs are billed at cost and supported by receipts where possible.

Any single Actual Cost item exceeding USD 130 will not be incurred without your prior approval, unless urgent action is required to prevent material delay to your case. If cumulative Actual Costs are expected to exceed the initial estimate by more than 20%, we will seek your approval before proceeding.

Payment must be received before work commences. We offer three payment schedule options milestone-based, simplified two-stage, or full upfront payment as outlined in your quote or invoice. No original document will be dispatched or shipped until all outstanding amounts, including any Actual Cost balance, have been paid in full.

Accepted payment methods are Wise, bank transfer, and PayPal. Any applicable payment processing fees are borne by the client.

SLA and Timelines

The SLA timeline for your case begins only once all of the following are in place: all required documents and information have been received, identity verification is complete, any required authorization letter or power of attorney has been provided, and the required initial payment has been confirmed.

Standard SLA for India document procurement is 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the document type, issuing authority, and state. Timelines may vary due to government processing schedules, public holidays, authority-imposed additional requirements, or circumstances outside our control. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel before work has commenced, the Base Service Fee is refundable less any applicable payment processing fees. If you cancel after work has commenced, the Base Service Fee is non-refundable in principle, as operational time and costs have already been incurred. Actual Costs are refundable only for the portion not yet incurred or paid on your behalf.

If a case cannot be completed due to material administrative negligence on our part, the matter will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Corrections and Rework

If re-visits, re-submissions, or re-applications become necessary due to errors or additional requirements imposed by the relevant authority, or due to incorrect information provided by you, additional Base Service Fee charges and Actual Costs may apply. We will provide a revised estimate before proceeding with any additional work.

Shipping and Delivery

Documents are dispatched via DHL or EMS based on your selection. Shipping costs are borne by you as Actual Cost. Once dispatched, shipping risks including delays, customs clearance issues, loss, or damage are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions. We will share tracking information and assist with any follow-up to the extent possible.

Limitation of Liability

LexBridge shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind, including loss of profit or opportunity, arising from the use of our services or any delay or failure in document procurement. Our maximum liability in connection with any case shall not exceed the Base Service Fee paid by you for that specific case, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

We are not responsible for outcomes determined by Indian government authorities, institutions, courts, or universities, including rejection of applications, delays in processing, or changes in requirements.

Your Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you confirm that all information and documents you provide to us are accurate, complete, and genuine. You agree to respond to our requests for additional information or documents in a timely manner, as delays on your part may affect the SLA timeline. You also agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.
