Every LexBridge engagement is priced as Base Service Fee plus Actual Cost. The Base Service Fee is our fixed operational fee which is confirmed at quotation and unchanged once accepted. Actual Cost covers all third-party expenses such as government fees, field travel, and courier, billed at cost with receipts.
Actual Cost is every out-of-pocket expense incurred on your behalf like government issuance fees, field travel, document courier within India, and international shipping. It is always billed at the real cost incurred, never marked up, and supported by receipts wherever possible. Any single item exceeding the disclosed threshold requires your explicit approval before it is incurred.
LexBridge accepts Wise, bank transfer, and PayPal. Three payment schedules are available milestone-based (25/25/40/10), simplified (60/40), or 100% upfront. No original document is dispatched until all amounts due, including any outstanding Actual Cost balance, are fully settled.
Yes. LexBridge applies a bundle discount to the Base Service Fee when multiple documents are requested under a single case – 5% off for two documents, 8% off for three, and 12% off for five. Actual Cost is always billed at cost and is never discounted.
If you cancel before work has commenced, the Base Service Fee is refundable less any payment processing fees. Once work has begun, the Base Service Fee is non-refundable as operational costs have already been incurred. Actual Cost is refundable only for the portion not yet spent, any amounts already paid to third parties cannot be recovered.
