1.

Step 01 Submit Your Request

You tell us which document you need, your destination country, and your preferred urgency tier, all in English or Hindi. LexBridge confirms your document checklist, identity verification requirements, and whether an Authorization Letter or Power of Attorney is required for your case.

2.

Step 02 Receive Your Quote and Confirm Deposit

You receive a detailed quote showing your Base Service Fee and your Actual Cost estimate range  clearly separated, not bundled into one opaque number. Three payment options are available: milestone-based (25/25/40/10), simplified 60/40, or 100% upfront. Work begins only after deposit confirmation.

Your Base Service Fee is fixed from the moment you accept the quote. Actual Cost is billed at cost with receipts  not marked up.

3.

Step 03 Your Case Opens and Your SLA Starts

Your SLA clock starts only when four conditions are fully met: all required documents and information received, identity verification complete, Authorization Letter or Power of Attorney submitted where applicable, and your initial deposit confirmed. This is a firm rule  not a courtesy.

Most services start counting time from the day you enquire. We start counting from the day we are truly ready to execute. That is what makes our timelines meaningful.

4.

Step 04 India Field Operations Begin

Ujjwal Singh, our licensed India Advocate partner, takes over on the ground. He conducts the jurisdiction check, liaises with the relevant authority, submits the application, follows up, re-visits if required, and inspects the retrieved document before it leaves India. This is legal-grade field execution  not an unverified middleman passing your request down a chain.

Trust Commitment

Every field action is logged. If an Actual Cost item exceeds the disclosed threshold or total Actual Costs rise more than 20% above the original estimate, we pause and obtain your explicit re-approval before proceeding.

5.

Step 05 Quality Check and Progress Updates

Before anything moves forward, LexBridge reviews the retrieved document: name spelling, date of birth, completeness, and consistency with your submitted details. You receive progress updates at every defined stage  Case Opened, Submitted, Pending Authority, Retrieved, Verified, Dispatched, and Delivered  with scans and receipts attached where possible.

Trust Commitment

We do not send a single update that says “in progress.” Every update corresponds to a real, documented milestone in your case.

6.

Step 06 Translation and Certification (Where Required)

If your document requires certified translation or apostille-related procedures, LexBridge coordinates this as an additional service tier. Express certification is completed within 7 business days of receiving the document. The Standard tier is completed within 2 to 4 weeks. This step applies only when your specific document or receiving authority requires it. It’s not added to every case automatically.

Translation and apostille fees follow the same Base Fee + Actual Cost model. Nothing is added without your awareness.

7.

Step 07 Dispatch, Delivery and Case Closure

Your document is dispatched via DHL  tracked, insured, and reliable. EMS is available as an alternative. Shipping tracking is shared with you immediately upon dispatch. No original document leaves our hands until all amounts due, including any Actual Cost balance, have been fully settled. Case closure is confirmed upon delivery.

Trust Commitment

Shipping cost is Actual Cost borne by the client  passed through at carrier rate, not inflated. You see exactly what DHL charges.
SLA Reference

Timelines That
Actually Mean Something.

Your SLA start date is triggered only after all required inputs and your initial payment are confirmed  not from the date of your first enquiry. This rule exists to protect you from timelines that begin counting before we are able to act.

SLA triggers on four conditions:

Documents received, identity verified, authorization submitted, deposit confirmed. All four must be complete.

Every out-of-pocket expense is billed at the real cost incurred, never marked up. Supporting receipts are provided wherever possible.

Any single Actual Cost item exceeding the disclosed threshold requires your prior approval before it is incurred. If the total Actual Cost is expected to exceed the initial estimate by more than 20%, LexBridge will notify you and seek re-approval before continuing.
